Ordered a couple of Drookit fork bags for a recent mini adventure to go with some cages I already had. These bags are super well made and have a decent structure to them (without being too heavy) so they don't flop around all over the place when you strap them to the bike. They kept my gear dry, have all the features I needed (webbing loops. roll top, strap d-rings) and were great value for money. The included straps were super useful and had plenty of length. They will get a lot of use! Shipping was fast too :-)

I have used a similar product when living in Spain and glad I discovered a Scottish version.
In mine now, tools, mini pump, repair kit and gloves. Still loads of room for gels, bars etc, and depending on size of your phone you might just squeeze that in a well.
Simple to fit with the Velcro straps.

Very pleased with my stem bag, since losing two frame mounted water bottles on my adventures. It's stylish and sits nestled amongst my other bikepacking bags.
